How to Delete Your Account
If you need to delete your account from the Ask Ada app, follow the simple steps below. Please note that this
action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Step-by-Step Guide
- Open the Ask Ada app: Launch the app on your device (either iOS or Android).

Go to the Account Settings: Tap on your profile icon at the top right corner of the app to
access your account settings.

Scroll to the bottom: In the account settings menu, scroll down to the bottom until you
see the Delete Account option.
- Select "Delete Account": Tap on the Delete Account button. A
confirmation message will appear.
- Confirm the Deletion: Read the warning message carefully, and if you're sure, tap
Yes, delete my account to confirm.
Important Notes
Before you delete your account, keep the following in mind:
- All your data, including any financial advice history, will be lost.
- This action is irreversible; you will need to create a new account if you wish to use Ask Ada again.
